Did you ever had this problem,
taskhost.exe take much more cpu consuming about 50% , yeah, now the problem solved , just follow the steps. im using windows 7:
Go to task manager end
Taskhost.exe then quickly browse to C: \ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC before the process starts back up. Delete all the files inside the subfolders and reboot the machine. This will reset the Reliability database and end the curruption.
step 2
Go to the Task Scheduler (may be found under Administrative Tools from the Programs Menu)
Find the entry Task Scheduler Library/Microsoft/Windows/RAC and delete or disable the task in the right panel . disable all oke
